Modernism is the renewal and wish to create, improve and reshape your own environment, with some help from experimentation, scientific knowledge, and technology.

From the wish to step into a quality higher and new lifestyle standards, in all of its manifestations, and from the will to come into contact and in harmony with nature, the Project 2000 Ocean was born. It is a perfect combination between nature and contemporary architecture, that mixes natural elements such as water, sand, greens, light, the sun, and the sky with contemporary living necessities of people.

2000 Ocean: an authentic connection with nature

2000 Ocean is an elegant condo in Miami Beach, developed by Shahab Karmely of KAR Properties and it’s the result of a careful collaboration between TEN Arquitectos, landscape architects from Sasaki Associates, and the Italian interior designers of Minotti, Boffi e Minotticucine, who raise the level of luxury throughout the property.
It’s a modern panoramic glass tower that showcases panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and surrounding endless sandy beaches. Its unique position on the seaside, gives to the residents the rare opportunity to experience moments of deep connection with nature.

Each floor features a private eastern oceanfront terrace and a private western garden-facing terrace, affording residents the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of their own homes. Thanks to the realization of incredible views, wide outdoor areas, each with their own distinctive character, from which it is possible to watch panoramic views constantly evolving, the project 2000 Ocean has become a true contemporary icon of natural modernism, through which people can connect themselves with the surrounding environment.

Natural elements

The monochromatic structure of the 38 floors has been realized with the use of warm natural elements. The limestone elegant flooring flows, without a real continuity solution, from the western pool through the central gardens, going to the oceanic dunes.
The color palettes and the intrinsic character of every environment have borrowed natural elements, reflecting the cold tones of the water during the day in order to pass to warmer tones during the sunset.

Balance and harmony: living nature

The 2000 Ocean estate project is extremely enriched also by luxurious greenery, wisely planted in the surrounding area. Oak trees, evergreen plants by podocarpus and bouganville, blooming violets, silver local trees, Bismark palms with low growth and aloe and agave plants can contribute to increase the surprising spirit of the landscape.

The choice of a natural material, such as tempered glass from the tower windows, has also been wanted, in order to offer the sight of transparencies and lights and to observe closely the majesty of the outdoor natural elements, the abundant local greenery and the local urban character. A direct connection with the environment and, at the same time, an effective protection.

2000 Ocean: interior design Made in Italy

It is worth noting also the collaborative effort of renowned Italian luxury interior design brands such as Boffi, Minotti and Minotticucine. A timeless design that explains at its best the ‘Made in Italy’ concept and underlines the high quality of the chosen materials, the solutions adopted and the used materials.

The indoor furniture is curated in every detail, so that it could add a touch of refined simplicity in the indoor and outdoor living areas. These products can claim elementary lines and shapes that can be personalized freely by any resident to always select something unique and create exceptional and authentic spaces.

So, 2000 Ocean, is not a simple condo in Miami Beach, but it is also something more than that. It is a holistic vision of a higher quality life to live on the Ocean, based on the fundamental principle of balance and the connection between nature and innovative elements.
