Living in Florida: Three Souls, One State

After exploring the entirety of Florida – north, south, east, and west – I have gotten to know its soul. In fact, Florida doesn’t have just one soul, it has three different souls. Its three different souls are characterized by the three distinct geographical areas of the state.

Traveling along Interstate 10, from Pensacola to Jacksonville, I discovered the urban character of the state. Jacksonville, in particular, has large Prairie School-style buildings. Their horizontal lines, flat roofs, and overhanging cornices blend seamlessly into their natural surroundings. It is the perfect combination of manmade structures and nature with its picturesque beaches.

Florida’s second soul was laid bare to me when I explored the center of the stateThe area is best characterized by Fl, “the wonderful city”. It has a distinctive character and energy that emboldens those who are spirited, full of promise, and ready to risk it all for a chance to realize their full potential and live their lives to the fullest.
Orlando has a mild climate, is great for tourism all year round, attracts millions of tourists annually, and has a great real estate market. Its real estate market has intriguing trends. Notably, its real estate market prices remain the most advantageous in the United States.

The third soul of Florida is found in the South. It is here that I found my new home, my space, my path, my life. Southern Florida is the perfect combination of sun, sea, relaxation, and profitable real estate investments. In general, it is most recognized for its crystal clear water beaches, fun-filled activities that abound, phenomenal nature, and its touch of madness.
Miami’s Cosmopolitan area is the perfect marriage between a tropical paradise and metropolitan culture, arts, and business opportunities.

Florida: More Than Miami

Florida has a great mix of urban, rural, and natural areas. Its urban areas are a mix of large, medium, and small cities. Moreover, its wide variety of natural environs across the state makes it an ideal place for those who love metropolitan areas and untouched nature.
Before coming to Florida, you may want to get an idea of what Florida has to offer you. Let’s look at the best cities to move to in 2022.

Tampa

Tampa is a thriving, growing city that boasts an international reputation. It welcomes countless new companies to it every year. They are drawn to its economic prospects and cultural richness. Thus, for them, putting down roots here is a no-brainer. Plus, it’s an excellent location to begin building a legacy. After all, who wouldn’t want their business to be set up in this lucrative area?

Cape Coral

Cape Coral is an oasis from the hectic life that is characteristic of metropolitan areas. It is the epitome of tranquility and solitude. When you are walking along the Birmini Canal to the Four Freedoms Beach, you will realize that it’s the perfect place to calm your mind and soul.

Orlando

One of my favorite places in Orlando is Lake Eola. In the evening, the red and green lights that line the skyscrapers reflected off of the lake’s calming, warm waters. The site is truly awe-inspiring.

Sarasota

If you fancy the opera, visit the Sarasota Opera House at the intersection of Pineapple Avenue and First Street. This place is ideal because it has wonderful acoustics, is beautifully decorated, and is a place that music lovers adore. My fondest memories are listening to Puccini filling my ears while I am transported to another place and time.

Jacksonville

Fireworks lovers should flock to Jacksonville for the 4th of July Independence Day celebrations. It holds the largest fireworks display in the USA. The best place to watch the fireworks is from the Marina Pier on Jacksonville Beach.

Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale is famous and well-known for its maze of canals. While touring the city you will be reminded of Venetian canals. However, unlike Venice, you can surf there at Las Olas beach in the afternoon. Later, go for drinks at Burlock Coast before ending your evening on at Miami Beach.
You can also take a nice long walk in the Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District along Las Olas Boulevard. The boulevard runs from east to west – from the beach to downtown. There is so much to explore because the district is dedicated to culture and art.

Boca Raton

Boca Raton, also known as the Venice of Florida, welcomes you to its rolling sand dunes, pristine beaches, and colorful coral reefs. This resplendent natural landscape is the perfect backdrop for an urban city nicknamed the “City for All Seasons.”

Naples

This town will immediately win you over with its colorful and lovely downtown area (Old Naples). Naples is known for its tropical atmosphere and fun-filled environment. You can easily spend several afternoons strolling and lazing in the sun or the shade of the magnificent trees in Cambier Park.

Florida offers endless economic and residential opportunities to its residents. It has an abundance of cities where you can buy a home and investment property. You can even move here and start a new life or a life-changing project.
From north to south, its urban areas offer unique attractions that bring people to Florida year-round. Every day more and more people are persuaded to move to and invest in the Sunshine State.
