The Swiss architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron, the masters of French luxury interns, PYR, led by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the genius of the landscape, Raymond Jungles Inc., together with the constructor Fortune International Group, have given birth to a masterpiece of modern architecture: JadeSignature, one of the few buildings in Miami that can claim a perfect position directly on the never-ending beaches of Sunny Isles Beach.
Fluid and elegantly sculpted apartments that claim breathtaking views on the bay, the city, pool, terrace, gardens, beaches and on the ocean, on 53 floors of pure residential wonder.
Jade Signature: the architecture
The tower is characterized by a mesh of floors and vertical walls that divide the areas and reflects on the outside, the inside division of the apartments. The rational texture contrasts with the sinuous lines of the first three floors, where the common areas of the condo are located.
The windows are floor-length, in order to reduce their visual impact. Walls extending from East to West create living spaces with simultaneous views on both horizons. Their peculiar curve geometries are the result of their linking or separating role of the areas indoors and between the apartments.
The presence of the spacious terraces, splendidly sculpted and shaded, greatly increase the living space of every apartment. Jade Signature has transformed the experience of living in a luxury condo, into a constant connection with the outdoor environment.
Jade Signature: a solar project
In Miami everything revolves around the sun. Days are divided by the slow arched passage of the closest star to the Earth, in the most limpid sky that you can imagine. The Jade Signature Miami project could not be any less. Not every condo in Miami can claim in their project such a detailed study on the Sun’s movements, such as the Jade Signature. In fact, in order to realize this project, the starting point has been the projection of the parallelogram shadow of the structure, based on the position of the Sun in the sky.

It’s located on a slight slope that goes down with a sweet fall in the beach, botanically rich and typically Floridian, composed mainly by a great colorful range of local coast vegetation, giving to all the area a very relaxed and laid-back look.

The sinuous shapes of the three first floors connect the tower to the natural geometries of the surrounding landscape, creating at the same time, a shared intimate space with an open view on the pool and the beach on the back.
A creative and ecologically aware study that has produced one of the best condos in Miami, perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature.
