Parade of Homes Orlando is an event organized once a year by the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) to bring together Central Florida’s leading real estate operators. Now in its 69th year, it is an opportunity to visit more than 50 best homes and housing developments in Orlando and the Seminole, Orange, and Osceola Counties and be inspired by the latest innovations in design, architecture, energy efficiency, and smart homes.
Parade of Homes Orlando 2022 has been held from Saturday, June 18 to Sunday, June 26, 2022.

Parade of Homes Orlando is aimed at anyone interested in home design and the latest trends in interior style, those who are looking for a new home or apartment in Central Florida, and those who are looking for inspiration to renovate or reinvent their everyday living spaces. Visitors to Parade of Homes Orlando the opportunity to build their personal itinerary of visits – depending on availability and public opening hours of the various properties – and gain exclusive access to the best dream homes, villas, and residences for sale in and around Orlando, being able to touch and experience the multiple amenities of the properties, from designer pools to certified energy efficiency technologies firsthand.
