The agreement between NEO – New Estate Only – and OID – Osservatorio Immobiliare Digitale – has been officially signed.
Thanks to this partnership, Italian Realtors® that are associates of OID will also be able to take advantage of the exclusive technology offered by the NEO platform and take advantage of the Iframes available within our real estate showcase to expand their business opportunities.
OID represents NAR® in Italy and invests in offering new services to their associates by creating online training and formation courses and using advanced technology through a direct channel with the United States, as OID is one of NAR® partners and a provider of NAR® training courses.
Today, after signing agreements with some of the main US Realtor® associations, such as the Miami Association of Realtors® and Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, NEO starts an important partnership with OID that allows associated Italian Realtors® to access the largest, most complete and updated showcase of pre- and under-construction projects in Florida.
With this agreement, all Italian Realtors® will be able to present their clients with the complete NEO’s listing of Miami and the whole state of Florida by incorporating an effective one-click solution to their websites, the Iframe.
This agreement represents a step towards the internationalization of NEO where all the main real estate players will have a single place where to get in direct contact with each other and establish new business relationships.
